Come stay at our cozy home located on a secluded lot in the woods!

Family friendly house set up as your home away from home. Spacious master bedroom, open concept living room/kitchen, and 3 FULL bathrooms.

Experience the serenity and privacy of the large deck overlooking a ponderosa pine forest. Enjoy the wildlife that walk through the yard (deer, turkey, Abert's squirrels).

We are located 15 minutes from Durango, 10 minutes from Lake NIghthorse and less than an hour to Purgatory Resort.

Good location

We loved the location of the property. It had beautiful mountains views but was still close to town. It was a good size for our family as well. The issue we had with the property was the cleanliness. When we showed up we could tell the cabin had been empty for a while. Knowing that guests were coming you’d think that someone would come in and clean and make sure things were ready. But unfortunately that’s not what happened, and we had to clean when we arrived and take care of a mice problem as well. If we had a different option we might have left, but decided to make the most of our stay. Overall it would have been a great place to stay if not for the mice/cleanliness issues. Hopefully for future guests they will make sure things are presentable before arrival.
