We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights. Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. The home was very nice and clean. The 2 extra bathrooms do not have heat in them but still nice. This home is in a H O A and they will give you a hard time if you have over 2 cars and need to park one in the street. We had a 24' enclosed car trailer with us that we moved to a storage lot behind the home. There were 5-6 different homes with cars parked in the street and 1 trailer backed in a driveway for 8 days but I guess that don't count if you live there. ##### Donny M.
