Ideally situated between downtown Durango (15 minutes) and Purgatory Resort (15–20 minutes), the studio offers easy access to skiing, hiking, dining, and local attractions. After a day of exploring, unwind at Durango Hot Springs—just 5 minutes away. DISCLAIMER: This studio is located beneath an upper-floor unit. You may hear conversations or footsteps at times. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am, though they may not always be enforceable. The hot tub is reserved for upstairs guests only. A full-sized WASHER and DRYER are provided for your convenience. AIR CONDITIONING DETAILS Colorado summers are typically mild, but the studio stays consistently comfortable with its high-efficiency mini-split A/C system, offering reliable cooling and heating as needed. The hot tub on property is for the upper floor guests and will not be available for the studio guests. For larger groups or those looking for extra space, you can also rent the entire cabin. This duplex features separate entrances for each of its two units, offering privacy and security for guests.
