The townhome's location offers ultimate convenience in all seasons! It's just steps away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops, and skiing amenities. This townhome features a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, an open concept floor plan with plenty of seating and space to relax with family and friends. In addition to the main living space and the formal dining area, there is also a bar which provides additional seating. The layout of the townhome makes it the perfect option for multiple families or friends. There is a multi-arcade game with 60 classic arcade games outside the bottom floor bunk bed room. Bed Configuration (there are TVs in every bedroom): Master - King (2nd/ Main Level) 2nd Bedroom - King (3rd Level) 3rd Bedroom - King (3rd Level) 4th Bedroom - Queen Bed, Bunk Beds (single over single), and Queen Pull Out Sofa (Ground Floor) The master bedroom features a gas fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. The townhome has a washer/dryer, WiFi, and an attached heated 2 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee. Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Only other issue was that the check in information states there would be 2 extra rolls of Toilet paper in each bathroom and there was only the one roll in each one and we had to ask for extra and they brought us a few rolls. Overall, our impression of the property was fabulous!! Everything was very clean. The only exception was that we had to wash a lot of kitchen items before using them. I think this may reflect mostly on previous renters, but I do find it disappointing to spend time washing dishes when I arrive at a property. Other than that, the only other things we saw needing attention were the locks on the front and back doors. They were not operating well. Having a night light in the 1st level room would also be helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful time on our trip and much of our enjoyment during our stay in Purgatory is attributed to this unit. There were some things that need to be fixed in the unit, that was mentioned before, one thing that we forgot to mention is the smell in the rest room of the mains floor room. And please need to be care full and check the situation of the mouse, we didnt detected after a few days, but I think that is not something that happen often unless the units is not being used in a long time. we understand that those things could happen but you have to do a better inspection prior to any arrival or check with your cleaning team, also the garage was a little bit dirty and things that can be removed.Thanks for you service and support with everything. ##### Adrian R.
