The townhome (Unit 42) features three separate living spaces each with plenty of seating and a TV making the home perfect for multiple families. In addition to the Main Living Space adjacent to the kitchen and dining spaces on the floor, there is as 2nd living space on the ground floor (adjacent to the 3rd and 4th bedrooms) and a loft overlooking the Main Living Space. The townhome also features WIFI, 2 gas fireplaces and a gas grill and multiple decks. There is a Ping Pong table in the heated garage. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a bar with seating and opens to the great room and dining area (seating for 10). There are 2 ski lifts within immediate walking distance from the front door of the townhome and access to the Nordic ski-area is also conveniently nearby. Hiking trails abound in the millions of acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest. Explore mountain biking, backpacking, fly-fishing, hiking, four-wheeling, and nearly every other imaginable high alpine recreational pursuit directly out the front door. Enjoy views of the incomparable Needles Mountain range from the spacious decks as you plan your adventures or simply take another sip of coffee. Bed Configuration (TVs in each bedroom): Master - King , Twin and Gas Fireplace (3rd floor) 2nd Master Suite - King (2nd floor), 3rd Bedroom -King (1st Floor), 4th Bedroom - 3 Twins (1st Floor) This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied . The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged & does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. It was close the the bunny hill lift less then 50 yard walk. There was plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen for all kinds of cooking, the only thing was the bedroom on the middle floor is about 10-15 cooler then the rest of the house, I assume because it sits over the garage so be aware and bring yourself an electric blanket it gets really cold at night. I have never seen a kitchen as well stocked as this one: KitchenAid mixer(!), plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils/silverware/bowls/etc. Multiple sizes of ziplocks, crockpot, blender, on and on. It was like being in my own kitchen. Amazing.The two master suites were great as well. VERY comparable. The showers had plenty of hot water (there were 8 of us), and plenty of water pressure. The beds were nice, but a little too soft for me, but those preferring softness will be very comfortable. The downstairs was perfect for the kids. Plenty of space. We did reach out to the property managers about the fireplaces, and they were very responsive and helpful! All the communication before/during/after the stay was perfect. We knew exactly what to do, and where to find any information needed.I cannot say enough good things, really. We'll be back for sure next year. ##### Chris N. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After staying here, we never want to stay anywhere else! We shared the condo with another family and it was the perfect size and layout, comfortable, well stocked, clean, and cozy.
