Family Mountain Retreat | Fireplace Home

  • This three bedroom mountain home is located in the peaceful West Animas Valley, just 8 minutes from downtown Durango, 5 minutes from Durango Hot Springs, and about 20 minutes from Purgatory Resort. The main floor has a living room fireplace, a full kitchen, and a primary suite with a king bed, TV, air conditioning, and a private deck with its own fire pit. Upstairs offers one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright lounge area. A queen sleeper sofa in the sunroom provides additional sleeping space. The backyard features a pond with a flowing stream, an outdoor seating area with a TV, and a fire pit table. A washer and dryer are in the garage. A comfortable, convenient basecamp for exploring Durango and the surrounding mountains in every season.

    Please note: Guests are required to complete our rental agreement and provide a valid credit card to be kept securely on file for damages or additional charges before check-in.
