Pet Policy No dogs are allowed unless prearranged with the management company. There is an additional pet fee of $100 per dog per reservation. Maximum 2 dogs. Renters are responsible for their pet(s) at all times and must ensure all solid wastes have been picked up and disposed of before departure. There will be a $500 fine if there is an unauthorized pet on the property.

Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.

Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.

The property is close to downtown, and could use some updates (i.e., cracked tile in the middle of the kitchen caused some tripping for the dog, children and grandma). Great kitchen appliances, fenced-in front and back yards, and comfortable beds!
The house met our every need. It is close to restaurants and the main shopping area, has plenty of room, is well equipped and is as cute as a bell. I would certainly stay there again.
..if not for the sprinklers coming on at 5am and rattling the pipes outside the mbr. Other than that, easy walk to downtown, clean and everything worked fine. Book it,
nice little home within walking distance to town. But it takes more like 10-15 minutes to walk to town, not 3 minutes as advertised. The bunk bed room does not have a closet which was a bummer. cute front yard, however the backyard needs some attention and cleaning up. Cute home. neighborhood is a little run down, but it was very quiet. I would book this house again for the location.
What a lovely and wonderful home. We were so comfortable and happy. I came to visit family who live in Durango. The house was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The best part of our stay was the front yard. A very green and manicured lawn, chairs and table outside to enjoy the late afternoon sunshine.one thing that I absolutely loved were the sheets and towels! Silky sheets and thick cotton towels. Every morning was lovely at the house- quite neighborly people and such nice atmosphere. We highly recommend this location. Very close to everything essential. Joe’s coffee bar was walking distance and had the absolute best noto cold brew ever!
We stayed 2 days and the property was close to everything. And good restaurants which the owner posted on her bulletin board. Also we stayed within our 2 dogs. The fences were secure too. There are 3 bedrooms too but we only stayed in the primary. The house was immaculate and very clean.
