Stay in this cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental condo, nestled in the San Juan National Forest outside Durango. This Pinecone complex condo in the Tamarron Resort provides up to 6 guests with an ideal mountain location and a free shuttle to-and-from the Purgatory Resort during ski season. Explore all the options for outdoor activity and cultural attractions in the Durango-Silverton area, then return to wind down in this relaxing getaway! Stay close to home and dine at the on-site restaurant/bar, Mine Shaft Bar & Grill, before getting a workout in the community fitness center or schedule a massage. A bright, open, and airy interior invites you inside your new home-away-from-home. The kitchen features a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and a small apartment sized fridge. Note: Tamarron Resort offers a fitness center with cardio equipment, free weights, assisted weights, and an indoor/outdoor pool with two indoor hot tubs. The men's and women's locker rooms have complimentary day lockers to use, a steam room, sauna, and showers. The resort charges a resort fee of $30/day which covers all guests in your party to use these amazing facilities. Staying in this unit also gives you access to the Valley Golf course. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights. Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras. Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
