The home was clean, spacious, and very cute. We were in town for youth soccer and were at the field within 20 minutes of leaving the home. The area is lovely with sweeping vistas and mountain views. My husband liked that we were just outside of Durango. The accommodations were just as described and was just the right size for our family. I booked it for the purple bathroom! And I wasn't disappointed. The views are incredible, the property is spacious and nicely updated, and getting nibbled on by a goat can't be beat. The Farmhouse was very comfortable and suited our needs well. It is a vintage farmhouse that has a funky appeal to it. It would not be suitable for somebody who is looking for a more modern or upscale home . We found our communication with the owners to be easy and that they were concerned that we enjoy the experience of living on their farm. It was an additional benefit to know that we are helping people who are trying to continue living on a family farm when the surrounding property is being developed . The location was very peaceful and we enjoyed the rural vibe even though it was close to town we would enjoy staying there again when we travel in the area property and has a vintage feel to it. ##### Jeff M.
