Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom single level condo is all about it's exceptional location on historic 3rd Avenue just 3 blocks from the heart of Durango's Historic Main Avenue with its seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries. The fully-furnished condo features all of the amenities including AC, washer/dryer, high speed WIFI and 2 outdoor living spaces, one of which has views of Smelter Mountain. There are two assigned parking space under the condo and YouTube TV is available on the TVs.
Bed Configuration: Master - King and TV. 2nd - Queen and TV
The townhome is not pet friendly.
A minimum 30+ days stay is required and the townhome has been priced based on a monthly stay.

our stay was very pleasant and accommodating The unit needs a good cleaning and as previously noted the pillows on all beds should be replaced as they are all well worn and not as hygienic as they could be The smoke/fire alarm in the bedroom was disconnected and should be addressed.
