It is located on the ground floor of a small, quiet residential complex in a settlement in Durach-Weidach, about 1 km from Kempten-center. The bus stop is right in front of the house, shops are within walking distance, a parking space is available. The apartment is well equipped, has a terrace, a brand new kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, wireless internet and all necessary things for a relaxing holiday in the Allgäu are available, bed linen and towels are provided sufficiently. There is a bathroom with corner bath and a separate guest toilet. From Durach-Weidach you can reach the motorway connection in a few minutes and thus quickly reach the most beautiful hiking and skiing areas, the Allgäu.
