"Booking in was very easy. There was an envelope left inside the door with my name and room number on. The room was lovely - not huge but big enough for 2 with a lovely bathroom, nice thick towels and hand soap, body wash and shampoo and conditioner in the shower cubicle. The heated towel rail was a nice touch making the bathroom nice and cosy so you weren’t coming out of the shower to a cold room ( nothing worse) There were tea and coffee facilities too with a nice biscuit on the side! The view was nice too, although if you have motability issues ( we were on the 3rd floor with a lot of stairs) maybe try and get a ground floor room. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and will definitely try to book if we visit again."
