The parking was safe and convenient, staff was amazing! Just people in the next room kept going in and out all night letting the door slam shut. Sadly the rest i needed wasn't there.

The Staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were slightly outdated and the double bed that I had could have been a bit more comfortable. The location was close to numerous amenities. The property was well maintained and clean . I would recommend this place if I was staying in the Hamilton Niagara area.

I think one of the best breakfast at hotel I’ve ever had with lots of choices and variety. Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay with chain again.
