- Charming 4 Bedroom 3 Full Bath River Cottage conveniently located in Dunnsville, VA on the Rappahannock River. Large 1 acre lot with a private dock not far from marinas in Tappahannock (Parker's) and Center Cross (Garrett's). Large rear deck and sun porch with beautiful views of the river, especially at sunrise. Outdoor fireplace, gas and charcoal grills, picnic table, outdoor swing near the beautiful magnolia tree are a few of the amenities. Bring your favorite fishing pole or use one of ours. Lots of fun things to do on the Rivah: boating, tubing, kayaking, fishing or just plain relaxing. This is a great place to bring the family for a week or just a long weekend. You will find lots of fun things to do in the area for all ages and lifestyles. This river home is not far from Urbanna, Tappahannock, Kilmarnock or Deltaville where you can find good dining, oysters and crabs (depending on season). No matter what the season, it is always relaxing at the Rivah!
