Wake-up in this stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5-bath home built in 2023\. The hallmark of the home is the wide front screened-in porch—perfect for relaxing with a panoramic view of the water over looking the new pier! The open living space and airy family room bring the perfect vacation vibes! The main level features the kitchen, living room with a TV, laundry room, half-bath, and master suite with a TV, and a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and garden tub. Upper level features 2 bed rooms with TV's, sharing a full Jack-n-Jill bath and amazing views! Featuring a queen bed in one room and a full bed and twin, in the other room. On the ground level, find the garage with a Foosball table, couch, TV, full bath and small bedroom, Outside, find the custom stone & concrete patio with gas grill, Solo fire pit, full sized table, and chairs. Every bedroom has an amazing view! Kayaks and fishing gear on-site too!   
Dunnsville is waiting for you at this 4-bedroom house, just 12 minutes from Tappahannock and fronting on the Rappahannock River. This is not your average rental. The home is clean and wonderfully decorated. You're sure to make fantastic memories at our home.   
For your safety and our property's security, we have exterior cameras covering the driveway, front and rear entrances, and pier area. These cameras are motion-activated and record video and audio when triggered, but do not view inside the home. This helps us deter parties and ensure guest safety. Any tampering with the cameras or system with result in immediate termination of lease agreement, and termination of stay without refund.
