  • You will find full of trees, flowers and sorts of birds in this spacious garden house. Clean, warm, comfortable home in Maori Hill, a rich area of Dunedin, well known for its safe, quiet, beautiful environment and handy location. This big, well-maintained old home consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, two seperate toilets, full laundry, kitchen/dinning room and a separate lounge . The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and tableware. Two heat pumps and wood burners. It has a huge Rhododendron front garden, with the sounds of different native birds.Amazing place located so close to the city center but so peaceful and beautiful! Extremely quiet street to wake up to the birds singing in the morning!
