Friendly staff. Clean room. Clean shared toilets and shower. Hard to drive up but can park on the streets. Laundry is 9am til 7pm. Staff can help you so you can go out

The accomodation here is unlike any backpackers you may have seen or stayed at on your travels. An old but gracious manor that has been refurbed in a style that definitely would be termed "lived in luxury " that "embraces nostalgia" .......its central to Dunedin City , has an outside seated smokers area where there is a bbq available to use and doubles as a great space to share drinks and chillax to music as it is sheltered from the road and has privacy from neighbouring homes. . This place IS A WHEE GEM that you got to check out for yourself............... Its your home away from home and if youre very lucky , you will be greeted with a wide brimmed smile and taken into very capable and caring hands by the "Brother like no Otha " Master Caleb ". He also maintains the standards and upkeep of that place better than most females i know . I actually cannot say enough about this place ........warm , charming, cosy and even the bunk beds are heaven . OMG THE MATTRESSES ARE BILLOWED CLOUDS OF RESTFUL SANCTUARY and I must acknowledge the owners for the thought and care invested into this place. Thank You Manor Park .........i def recommend and will b back !!!!
