On site restaurant was nice. Top 5th floor skylights were unique but did not provide a view of Dundee. The staff at restaurant and front desk were great but general feel was place could use a good cleaning up. Room walls were dirty and in need of a paint job. King bed and pillows were great.

Nice hotel and room, with lovely common spaces as well. We did not use the restaurant as ate out in the city including breakfast from a great little cafe van near the V&A but this is a good amenity should you need it Only thing I’d mark this down for is the location - it’s not the nicest walk into the city centre whichever route you take so other hotels are probably better located if you’re arriving by train but this has parking if you’re coming by car

What was once one of my favoritehotels seems to be falling on hard times. Common area carpets are stained, bathroom shower stall had moldy caulk and 1 of the 2 elevators was broken for the entire stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and nicely set up. Temperature was fine for early spring. Walking distance to restaurants down on the water area; but, the restaurant in the hotel was lovely. Great staff and tasty meal. The bed and pillow were VERY firm, if you like that, it's great.

I enjoyed the stay at the Hotel and had no issues with the room or the hotel service. There were 2 matters which i didn't like, the £15 per night for resident parking but accepted that. The worst element was, on both early mornings was anti social behaviour outside at the Hotel side, early morning about 4am, a numbers of people were congrogating outside, being summer we had the windows open and our sleep was very disturbed. The individuals were not just passing by, they were loitering in one place on both early mornings. This makes me think your hotel may not be a suitable location for us to stay again or recomend.
