Nice and convenient for the city centre however the cleaning could leave a lot to be desired. Room was really not cleaned just my bed made poorly daily and if I was lucky dirty cups replaced for clean on some days. My used plate from Monday was never removed despite requests to have the room cleaned. Parking was also a challenge. Don’t go indoors unless you know there is parking as there is no way to turn your car and you have to manoeuvre up the ramp by reversing. Other than that staff were friendly.

Relatively affordable and fuss-free experience with clean and well-maintained rooms and amenities. Only downside is that the breakfast menus stayed the same throughout the stay, but that’s fine.

This hotel is a very nice location to visit the town of Dundee. It located fairly closely to the city center, the RRS Discovery, many shops and restaurants, and the train and bus station. The staff were outstanding! Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful they were at the front desk and breakfast service. Honestly I would have given them a 5 star rating if it weren't for housekeeping. We had to request tissue, toilet paper and shower gel because our room wasn't serviced adequately, but the front desk staff were happy to address these issues immediately..
