"The pool is not for children. It's basically 5ft deep end to end. I asked if they could drain out 1.5 ft of water since NO ONE used the pool for our entire time there. I have 4 small children with me and was looking forward to the onsite pool, of course the request was denied. Other than that nice location and wonderful staff, except the one that clearly does not know the hotel offers roll away beds and told me they have no such accommodation amenity. Three days later I get a knock at my door ...

"It is very hard to find this property. The GPS does not take you there and it is very very confusing. It took me a good 30 minutes to find and there is no signs out at all. When I received my room I had to get the bathroom cleaned. Overall the cleanliness was ok but not to the standards. They also did the vacuuming at 2:30 am then next night at 4:00 am. The hotel is not insulated so we could hear everything. After the second night of vacuuming I kindly asked the front desk not to do this...
