Our check in time was not sure because of flight cancellations and delay. But Sandy did wonderful job by giving us flexibility. Only concern is this villa is far south side from town. "Upon arrival to the home on day one, the owner was very attentive and responsive. I got into the property return , no problem. We communicated very well. There was an a/c leaking in one of the bedrooms and water was all over the floor. I called the owner to let him know & he stated that someone was coming to clean the floor of said bedroom.
