"The property was a little difficult to find because of the roadworks, and it is located in the middle of an industrial estate. However, it was clean, modern, and comfortable, although the bed was quite small. The location is excellent — just an easy ten-minute walk to The Kelpies."

"Restaurant, 100% recommend! Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and informative. Easy to find and super market across the street. Bathroom could use some updating and a deep cleaning. Instructions for turning on the room heater would have been helpful. Highly recommend and will stay again. "

"The room was okay, but was in need of refurbishment. I.E. Furniture was old, only one bedside table, electric sockets difficult to get to, bathroom door handle loose. Stayed 2 nights and bed not made with room cleaning. Had a meal in the bar that was served cold."

"We booked a family room, it was overall OK, bathroom was shabby. We had lunch which was not good,tasteless. The plates were full when the waiter picked up the plates. I would have thought he would have commented on this. Dinner was Salmon n potatoes,and Ravioli. Salmon was dry. Ravioli was nice. Would I stay again,sadly no, A 4 star hotel should have excellent food x we stay in lots of hotels up and down UK and lower rated hotels have much better food ..."
