"Breakfast was underwhelming"

"My husband and I stayed here as part of our two week trip in Scotland from the United States. This was one of our favorite hotel stays! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant/bar was excellent. We really appreciated all the extra little amenities that came along with this room. I would recommend this as a great place to stay if you were looking to travel to Skye for a day."

"Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Easy walk into Portree for restaurants and bars, plus convenient onsite parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but somewhat small with limited luggage space. "

"Food was AMAZING. Staff was awesome. Only two negatives. First, the parking is barely enough for the guests. You sometimes have to fight for a spot because people will come to the restaurant to just eat. Lastly, the floors are hardwoods. If you are on the first floor, you will absolutely hear every step above you. We had to engage the desk clerk when the people above us moved furniture over a 3 hr period. I assume it was kids pushing the chairs. Staff and food was perfect though. "
