My check-in was quick and the private room with private bath that I stayed in was clean & comfortable. Wifi also worked well in the room. The front desk was helpful in giving me information about how to get around to the nearby towns. The location is perfect as it’s in the city center, near the Church, the public market & painitan stalls, Rizal Blvd, lots of restaurants, coffee shops or bars, and near jeepney stops. For the same price, you could find something better. ##### Verified traveller ### 6/10 Okay #### KATSUHISA, 日本 5 Apr 2016 #### 立地だけで宿泊の価値あり 窓なしの部屋だったので朝か夜かわかりにくかったが私は特に気になりませんでした。スタッフは口コミ通りいい人達でした。立地は本当にいいです。２４時間営業のマクドナルドとジョリビーが、徒歩１分と徒歩5分のところに２軒ずつあります。２４時間営業のチョーキンもあります。スーパーマーケットのロビンソンも徒歩5分のところにあります。それ以外にも地元のピザレストランありました。入っていないので味はわかりませんが。それ以上にビジネスしたのは海がやはり徒歩5分のところにあり、歩いて行ったらおしゃれなレストランがいくつもありました。ちょっと言い過ぎかも知れないけど、マウイ島のラハイナのような雰囲気を私は感じました。宿泊設備はともかく、立地だけでも、ここに泊まる価値があると思います。 ##### KATSUHISA ### 8/10 Good #### Mark, Cebu 21 Feb 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### Grea value!!! Was only in Dumaguette for one night and needed two rooms at the last minute.
