While it's located close to Dumaguete's city center, it's still quite stowed a bit distant to it, which is great if you're looking for some place quite and away from the highway. This also means there's less socializing involved, and a bit of luck is required if you wish to commute to and from Gabby's without renting a motorbike. The room and continental breakfast is standard and reasonable for the price you pay for. Although the common area was fine to hang out in. Room was marginal in my view. The breakfast included was like.... toast, and instant coffee. I rented a motorbike, or, it was too far from where anything was going on. Good place to leave your bag if you were going to Apo for a day. No water even provided in room.
