We loved the third-floor balcony facing the lake. The breakfast was wonderful, the location of the building was perfect. This was without a doubt the best stay we have enjoyed in Duluth.

Great place for families. Stopped here for 2 nights on a Great Lakes road trip and really enjoyed it. The pool, the s’mores nights, the location to everything in Canal Park. Defintely would come back again.

The front desk staff was wonderful through and through. Very helpful and patient. They helped us book a room at a beautiful old island in overlooking the Mississippi. What a wonderful experience. I will stay here again for sure.

We were pleased overall. The room was nice and good size. We had a king lakeview with sofa and balcony. The balcony had 2 good chairs and an odd table that we finally figured out how to use. Great view of the ship canal and Lakewalk. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice - separate instead of being in a tub. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed the warm rooftop soaking pool. We didn’t use the indoor pool. We also thought the nightly s’mores and fire pit were pretty fun. Great location. The breakfast was marginally ok. It needed refills and supervision. We enjoyed our stay would choose the Inn on Lake Superior again.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly about it. Our room could have been little more cleaner, the bedspreads were dirty not replaced.The window was dirty outside and inside our patio had sticks and garbage behind the chairs.

First time staying here and the hotel was amazing. We booked a king room with a lake view and the room was wonderful. It was cozy and the balcony was the best to watch the sunrise, just enjoy looking out at the water or to people watch on the boardwalk. The free breakfast was really good and fresh coffee was available all day. They have free bikes to rent for the day, bonfires and smores every night. A huge plus for us is that every night from 10-11pm is an adult only hour in the pool, which is really a nice and relaxing way to end the night. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again on our next trip.
