    The Sunrise House is part of the Riverwest Vacation Rental Development at the base of Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN. However, it is privately owned and managed directly by the owner rather than the development, which gives you a more personal, specialized, and overall better experience!

    The best part is that our homes have no construction occurring next door, and the most beautiful, unobstructed views of the Sunrise!

    Ski Hut, Burnett Dairy, and Spirit Mountain Ski Resort are next door for convenient equipment rental needs and last-minute specialty cheese snacks.

    This Premier Sunrise house is at the heart of Duluth's outdoor access to adventure. Take advantage of a variety of activities available from this convenient and scenic location. With easy access to the riverfront trail, Munger paved trail, Superior Hiking Trail, and Duluth Traverse mountain biking trails, there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. The house is very clean and well put together. Very spacious and accommodating for large groups. Heated garage was awesome! Sauna was great after a cold night at Bentleyville. Owners were accommodating and very responsive. Thank you for your hospitality!!

The house was great! Basically a brand new home, nice and clean. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. Kitchen area and dining area were perfect for entertaining for our families. Sauna was a hit! Ski lift was very close (about .3 miles) across the main street. Thank you for the great experience; we would stay again anytime; maybe we will plan a summer/fall trip. Cheers!

This property is absolutely beautiful, and the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. It was wonderful to have the sauna in the house! We had plenty of space for everyone! (6 adults and a baby).

Beautiful property. We were able to fit all of us, ages 3 to 73 comfortably. The house was well equipped for cooking for a group. Close to places we wanted to visit in and near Duluth. Trails near by for walking.

Beautiful new property, well stocked

Our family stayed here with a group of 11. We had plenty of space. The facility is brand new, it is well stocked in the kitchen items, with many small appliances, spices utensils, etc. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied by the host. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Just a few minutes outside of town and at the base of spirit mountain. Our kids really enjoyed Spirit mountain so that was a plus for us. I would highly recommend this property to families.

Such a fun time with extended family. Huge kitchen table for meals and games. Plenty of space for 10, plus our dogs. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Walking distance to trails, park and creamery. We did spy the local bear on the trail, but the neighbor assured us he was a frequent visitor and was not aggressive. Mind you we only stopped to snap a picture then quickly moved on though! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

This was a beautiful home with lots of extras for the stay. Only reason for not rating skiing is that we did not ski! The home is large and spacious but very warm and inviting to guests. Thank you for the great stay!
