The Sunrise House is part of the Riverwest Vacation Rental Development at the base of Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN. However, it is privately owned and managed directly by the owner rather than the development, which gives you a more personal, specialized, and overall better experience!

The best part is that our homes have no construction occurring next door, and the most beautiful, unobstructed views of the Sunrise!

Ski Hut, Burnett Dairy, and Spirit Mountain Ski Resort are next door for convenient equipment rental needs and last-minute specialty cheese snacks.

This Premier Sunrise house is at the heart of Duluth's outdoor access to adventure. Take advantage of a variety of activities available from this convenient and scenic location. With easy access to the riverfront trail, Munger paved trail, Superior Hiking Trail, and Duluth Traverse mountain biking trails, there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. Beautiful new property, well stocked

Our family stayed here with a group of 11. We had plenty of space. The facility is brand new, it is well stocked in the kitchen items, with many small appliances, spices utensils, etc. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied by the host. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Just a few minutes outside of town and at the base of spirit mountain. Our kids really enjoyed Spirit mountain so that was a plus for us. I would highly recommend this property to families.

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and clean. The trays on the beds added a very welcoming touch. The management was very attentive to anything we needed. The only negative was no comfortable seating on the main level for those that have difficulty with stairs or want to keep the cook company. Weekend getaway to Duluth

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with some close friends. The house was as advertised and is a beautiful place to stay! We all loved the layout and how it had everything we needed. The sauna is a huge plus after being outside all day! Will be staying here again on our next getaway to Duluth!
