This cosy holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained family house in Dugi Rat – just about 30 metres from the nearest pebble beach. With two bedrooms, a bathroom and a private balcony, it offers space for up to 4 people and is perfect for families or couples who want to spend their holiday near the beach.



The 36 m² apartment is bright, friendly furnished and completely equipped. Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and sufficient storage space, in the living room area you will find satellite TV and WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, hob and all important utensils, so that you can easily cater for yourself. The highlight is the covered balcony with an awning, from which you can enjoy the view of the sea - ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine.



The equipment also includes air conditioning, heating and the possibility of using a washing machine with the landlord. A baby bed can be provided upon request. Pets are not allowed. A private parking space is available in front of the house, and in the garden you will find seating areas and a barbecue area that you can use by arrangement.



The location of the accommodation is excellent: restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes' walk away, as are supermarkets, banks and a pharmacy. The centre of Dugi Rat is only 500 m away. In the immediate vicinity, you can expect varied leisure opportunities – from water sports to rafting in the Cetina Gorge to hiking and excursions to the nearby towns of Split and Omiš. Day trips to the island of Brač or to nature parks are also easy to organise.
