"Although a couple of miles from City Center, we found the commute via Bolt very quick and easy. The property was very quiet. The building was new and everything inside our unit was also new. Very clean and well-kept. We stayed 3 nights and would definately stay here again given the chance."

"The Communication and picking up the key was super annoying. We had to wait forever to get the key and no one responded to our calls. First, we were provided with the wrong address, which was 30 min away.
We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for two nights which was certainly not enough...but the view of the apartment was great! To get there you have to carry everything a lot of stairs because parking is quite far..."

"A few things should have been said up front that could impact your decision. - There is a cat of the owners who walks around. They say it’s an outside cat but it came inside twice. We had someone allergic to cats. The owners would not remove it. It followed us around whenever we had food. She’s very cute if you like cats. She jumps on your lap. Has very sharp nails.- the road to their house is extremely steep. We even had to practice with the car before we were comfortable going up it. For many people you can forget walking to the beach or restaurants up such a steep hill. And we are a fit family. It’s way too hot for that. - we have stayed in many nice homes. Also after this one a week later. Not wanting to complain but I usually see better. Things like cookware was very old. There was no good bread knife. Had to cut bread every morning with regular knife. Why not supply good kitchen things ? - there is no shower upstairs. While there are 3 bedrooms ! You share one toilet and one bath. And the stairs to the upstairs are from the outside. - there are two kitchens. One upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs is larger. So when cooking there we had to walk quite inconveniently to get to the downstairs kitchen and bring stuff up. - they will not let you drop your luggage before 4 pm. I have never experienced that before. We couldn’t even sit at the pool until cleaning house was done. - checkout at 9! The Aircos work great. The view is beautiful. The pool is very nice."

"We’d highly recommend staying here. It was exceptionally clean. Great communication with the host via text from before we even arrived. Sanja met us and showed us around, explaining how things worked, even helped us get the football on. The accommodation was exceptional. The location was perfect for us, with the pizzeria close by and the little shop by the beach. The beach was amazing and we would walk into Omiš along the beachfront the whole way, much better going this route with a pram or wheelchair as it’s flat the whole way. Sanja even cooked a beautiful peka for us and had a beautiful welcome meal ready for our arrival which was a lovely surprise as we were starving after our flight was delayed. She helped with arranging travel and activities. We’ve never had a better host."

"We just had a wonderful week at this villa. Two families of four, two adults and two young children each. There are two en-suite rooms and then the kids shared the family bathroom between them. There was an extra bedroom downstairs which we used to store all our beach stuff and cases!The drive up to the villa is very steep but manageable in a car and on foot (the 2 and 3 year old even managed half the hill before insisting on being carried!)! We walked to the beach and out for lunch/dinner a couple of times per day. The resident cats and tortoises were a hit with the children! The beds a king size and v. comfortable and the linen was soft (I tend to be a bit snobby about bedding but all was totally fine here!).The hosts were extremely responsive, before and during the trip. They couldn’t have been more helpful."

"First issue I have with payment before stay where I need to send money through bank account cost me additional £9 pounds. Run out without the gel for shower don't know how person who cleanning hotel cam miss that 2 days in a row. Breakfast average and small portion one pan cake for lad 90kg… My wife have birthday while we stay there no notice by staff. 16 years ago in Egypt to better. Hotel 5 star but service still sitting on 4"

"We had a truly wonderful holiday and cannot recommend this villa highly enough.From the moment we booked, the hosts were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't have done more to help us, providing everything we needed and consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference.The villa itself is exceptional, beautifully presented, superbly equipped, and immaculately maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of everything we needed, and it genuinely felt like a home from home. The huge pool was a real highlight, and the jaw-dropping views from the terrace were simply breathtaking. We never tired of sitting outside and taking in the scenery.The location is equally impressive. It's just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach, with miles of beautiful coastal paths to explore. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the villa is perfectly situated for spectacular hikes and bike rides in the surrounding hills and mountains.Omiš itself is only a short stroll away and is a charming, historic town full of character, with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafés to enjoy.This was one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended! "
