Stylish and luxurious Villa Antares offers fully air-conditioned and very comfortable accommodation for 8 people, located withina short walking distance to the sandy beach (120m), several different restaurants, and shops.   
The villa offers 4 en-suite bedrooms (2 with sea views), a spacious living and dining area, a huge terrace with lounge seating, 6 deck chairs, a private swimming pool with massage and counter-current swimming program, a Finnish Sauna, and a Pool table.  
  
Villa Antares is a modern property nestled in Duće, only 120m from the most beautiful sandy beach in Duće, with great sea views from two bedrooms and living/dining/pool areas. You are invited to relax whilst watching the sunset over the Adriatic. Due to the villa's location, you are only a few steps away from the sandy beach, bars, restaurants, and other attractions.  
The villa is modern and stylish, equipped with high-quality amenities and all a modern guest would need for a very comfortable stay, fully air-conditioned, and with free WiFi.  
  
\*The outdoor offers a private swimming pool 6.5m x 3.5m with a counter-current swimming program and a hydro-massage for relaxation. The spacious terrace offers 6 deck chairs and an alfresco lounge corner with an electric barbecue.  
  
\*The ground floor with glass walls in the living and dining room perfectly frames the views for guests relaxing in the sitting area, gathering around the dining table for 8, or preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that is connected to the outdoor area. There is also a Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm that can open into two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, the bedroom is air-conditioned and has views of the mountain and olive grove. A separate toilet and a facility room next to it.   
\* The lower ground floor is approached with an internal staircase and from the garage. It offers a room with table tennis and a Pool table with a high stool table and chairs for your evening entertainment. Next to it is a Finnish sauna room.  
  
\*The first floor consists of Bedroom No.2 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, the bedroom is air-conditioned and has views of the mountain and olive grove. Bedroom No. 3 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in closet, air conditioner, and a balcony with sea views and outdoor furniture. Bedroom No. 4 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, air conditioner, and a balcony with sea views and outdoor furniture. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this home again. The pool table was a hit. We cooked meals with ease and slept comfortably with bathrooms in each room was really nice for all grown kids.

Our family group of 8 stayed in beautiful Villa Antares for a week and loved it. It is perfectly designed and appointed, we made great use of the kitchen, dining area and pool. The location, being close to lovely Omis and only 40 mins from Split was fabulous.

A group of 4 stayed in this beautiful villa for 6 nights. The home is perched up on a hill. 4 big bedrooms with en-suit bathrooms. The home was very clean and with modern amenities. We used everything available at the home. Swimming pool, Sauna, gym, game room with pool table, kitchen. The house was located walking distance to town and with many restaurant and shopping areas close by. Also, 5 minute walk to the sea. The host were readily available for any questions or advice on things to do in the area. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful villa

We had a perfect family holiday. The villa is immaculate, it feels brand new. Very comfortable and clean. Very well equipped throughout, the games room was a hit with adults and children alike. Plenty of space in the villa and it’s a great location only minutes from very nice beaches and restaurants. And down the road Omis is well worth a visit.The hosts were always available and super helpful, very quick to respond and gave very helpful local advice.We had a great holiday. #### An incredible stay!

This house was ideal for our group of six, and provided all we needed for an amazing stay! There were excellent views of the sea, and the beach was very close (we recommend the nearby restaurant, Local!). We found the neighboring town of Omiš a delight, and it was only a 20 minute walk to the well-stocked Studenac supermarket there. The 3-level house was modern with old world touches. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. The roomy, air conditioned bedrooms—each with a king size bed and large en-suite bath—were very comfortable. We enjoyed having the pool, and found it particularly refreshing after a long day of travel. Our host, Vesela, was very welcoming and was great with communication. She helped us set up a wonderful evening of wine tasting at a nearby vineyard. She also recommended a local chef who came to the house and prepared an outstanding meal of traditional Croatian fare. All in all, we can’t say enough about our experience at Villa Antares. It truly exceeded our expectations!

#### Excellent Villa

We stayed at the villa for a week in mid June as family of four adults. I have to say that this villa is excellent. It is immaculately presented. Very clean and comfortable with air conditioning in every room. We used the gym and played on the pool table every day. Great additions to this wonderful villa. The swimming pool was perfect and there are plenty of sun beds to relax on. The view is great and the location is so close to the beach. The beach has quite a few places to stop for lunch along it. The town of Omis is just over a mile away. About a 20 minute walk. The nearest supermarket about a 10 minute walk. Although there is a bus stop very close to the villa. You can also catch the bus to go to Split harbour which is about a 40 minute bus journey for less than 10 euros. Back to the villa. Which is highly recommended. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms very comfortable and the WiFi is a very stable connection. Thanks to the owners for hosting us. They were always available during our stay, to help with any questions. A wonderful holiday was enjoyed by all of us. Thank you.

#### Un séjour confortable

Appartement spacieux récent sur deux étages très bien tenu avec piscine. Belle vue sur l’adriatique. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, attentionnés et disponibles.Situé un peu en retrait de Split, l’endroit est plus agréable pour séjourner tout en ayant accès à la plage et à des services maritimes pour se rendre sur les îles. Épicerie à quelques minutes à pied, restaurants, etc.

#### Ein tolles Haus in einem tollen Land

Alles was man braucht um wirklich schöne Urlaubstage zu genießen, findet man in diesem Haus . Voll klimatisch- ein absolutes Muss bei Nachttemperaturen um 28 Grad- sowie einen wunderschönen Blick auf s Meer , privater Pool … alles da Wir lieben Kroatien und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend… immer gerne wieder 🥰

#### The most perfect villa owned by a lovely family

This villa is astonishing. It has been decorated to the highest quality. Everything is immaculate. Bedrooms are all ensuite. Bathrooms are large. Lots of superb finishing touches and extremely well and generously equipped. There is an easy walk down to the seafront with two close pizza/burger restaurants. It is possible to walk by the sea (off road) into the centre of Omis with its gorgeous historical district. There are also a couple of very nice bakeries for fresh morning pastries and breads This villa is above the road with little noise and a high degree of privacy. The views are fantastic. The only slight drawback is that access is not obvious and not made for the minivan that we were traveling in. I hope we can holiday in Croatia again and should we stay near Split I would not hesitate in booking this villa again. We have been fortunate to stay in many holiday homes and this ranks as one of the most superior. Thank you for having us. X

Bei dieser Villa bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Von eigenen Pool bis zum Billardtisch über zwei eigene Garagen war alles vorhanden. Freundliche Vermieter check-in und check-out funktionierten perfekt. Kommen gerne wieder.

#### Super stay!

Villa antares is a beautiful villa. It looks the same as in the pictures. At the check-in we were spoiled with fruit and tasty drinks. Our hostess was easy to reach with questions. The neighborhood was also very pleasant. You have small markets and restaurants within walking distance. The villa is in front of a nice beach. I definitely want to come back here!
