The hotel is a relatively new ( less than 3 years) built and the facilities are quite modern. It overlooks a bay with stunning views. We had a sea view room and enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel is located in Srebreno, which is about 20 minutes by road and 25 minutes by boat taxi from the old city of Dubrovnik. We went to the Old City by boat taxi and returned late by Uber. We recommend Uber in Dubrovnik. It is a lot cheaper than the local licensed taxi. The hotel's location was also convenient...

The staff were welcoming and friendly. They had read our request asking for a quiet room and duly provided one. The room itself was a good size with a small balcony, tea & coffee making facilities which was a nice bonus, and a hook in the bathroom to hang up your dressing gown etc while you shower (many a hotel don't have one). The air conditioning worked well too. The reception staff also provided us with information and a map about what there is to see in the area, where to eat, buses to catch...

Felt like a VIP from entering hotel to leaving. Amazing hotel and staff.

Relaxing, lovely staff - nothing was too much trouble, very clean and also easy access to Dubrovnik city. Only one surprise was that l was nearly charged for drink l didn't have when l was checking out. My suggestion - when customers are charged to their rooms they should always show their room key card with their room number as a proof . This will avoid someone using others room numbers deliberately or by accident . This was only one negative feedback that l have . I am surprise it happend in...

Probably the only hotel in old town with a lift which makes this a great choice for mobility challenged. Very central and could see the Jesuit steps from our room. Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast very tasty. Not a cheap place to stay but well worth it.

The hotel was very well laid out, clean, well furnished, very comfortable beds, fantastic shower. The restaurant was wonderful, delicious food, extremely helpful and friendly staff. The bar staff were also equally amazing and kind. The grounds were impeccable with lovely plants and the private beach a joy to swim from and take in the surrounding beauty. My only criticism is the music was not so great .

A great position for a hotel clean and very spacious

Uvala Hotel is excellent., just the steam is off at the SPA but Hydromassage is on so it’s alright.

Large hotel but well spaced out so you never feel crowded. Easy taxi ride or bus to the Old City but far enough out to get away from the crowds (especially cruise liners !) with good choice of bars and restaurants nearby.
