Beautiful property, nice staff.....with plenty of dinning options. I highly recommend it. I stayed from Sept 28 to Oct 1st. I booked a villa but for some reason it was cancelled. The hotel management emailed me inmediately and offered me an upgrade, a beautiful ocenview suite. Easy check in / out. I will definelty go back to this hotel next time I visit Dubrovnik. Fall in love with the hotel and its surounding areas.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights recently and really enjoyed our stay at the Maistra Villas. It was close enough to Dubrovnik to get there by bus, taxi, or boat, while also being far enough outside the city to be quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, answering any questions we had and addressing anything we needed right away. Our room was it's own independent unit, with a seperate bedroom and living area. It was clean and spacious, and they even left a welcome gift of wine and fruit, which was a lovely extra. All around it was wonderful. We highly recommend the Villas for anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik while still being close enough to enjoy it.

Gorgeous Place

The resort is in a beautiful village, Mlini. Our apartment was immaculately clean and we had housekeeping every morning. Somehow they always managed to clean our apartment while we were out for breakfast. The buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. The resort is in a perfect position halfway between the airport and Dubrovnik old town. The fact that we are planning an other holiday to this beautiful place is proof of our recommendation! Thank you to all the team for giving us a beautiful holiday!

Lovely beach side apartment

A lovely stay in one of the premium beachside apartments. Apartment was well kitted out for our stay with stunning views across the sea. The cleaning could have been better after finding blood stains on the bedding. Also a hot water tank that only accommodates one bath was a little frustrating but not a huge issue. Check in was a little chaotic having a separate check in desk for the apartments and being asked to check-in at another desk, then being sent to the back of the queue of the original queue. Also only having one buggy running at a time to take you to an apartment that was a 1min walk away was a little odd. Still, a very enjoyable stay and will be happy to visit again.

Villas are amazing!

The villas are really amazing (even nicer than the pictures show) and the whole family loved staying there!! And the view were absolutely stunning, even though we did not have a "beach front" villa . The whole hotel area is nice, although the pool area is quite large. It is a bit of a walk (10-15 minutes) to the grocery store, however the walk is along the beach and super nice! Since the hotel is a bit secluded I recommend that you take this walk anyway to see what the area has to offer. The staff at the hotel were super and we felt very well taken care of! Our 14-year old especially appreciated the birthday cake from the hotel that was placed on the kitchen table when we arrived home one evening. Small gestures that says a lot about the good service we received.

We stayed just one night at Maistra Mlini Villas. We checked in online the day before arrival. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was already evening and a staffer took me on a golf cart to the apartment. The setting is beautiful and we will most likely come back again. There was one problem, at the entry gate. It is reasonable that you have to push a call button on your first arrival. However, the road is very steep and the button is so inconveniently located that a second person had to get out of the car, push the button, and call the stuff to open the gate. We were leaving mid-day, next day. The gate did not automatically open even though the front of the car got very close to it. So, the second person had to get out of the car, get to the other side of the road/gate, and push the call button to ask the staff to open the exit gate. I am not sure if this happened only to us, but this issue should not be happening.

Apartments are lovely with amazing views. Beds comfortable. Kitchen area could do with having a larger storage unit and space to prepare food. The communal areas in the hotel attached to the apartments have clearly undergone recent refurbishment. The location is fantastic. A beautiful setting overlooking the bay with beautiful clear water. The apartments are comfortable and well maintained. The restaurants are lovely and staff very friendly. Two complaints: They charge for sun loungers on the beach but not by the pool. There were never any loungers by the pool as people leave their towels to reserve them. The beach is right next to the hotel and paying €60 for a family of 6 for them a day is unfair. The restaurants advertise as open all day but then in small print close the kitchens in afternoon. Make it clearer as it is misleading,

Lovely surroundings and villa

We had a Great stay in the villa. Only downside in this summer paradise was the sofabed, which was not very comfortable and the morning fights for pool chairs in spite of it clearly being against pool rules. I recommend staff is assigned to put a stop to the reservation by people not using the pool for hours. Transfer to airport arranged by the hotel was punctual and great, but without kids chairs.
