You cannot beat the location relative to the old town. Close, easy to get to and from south gate, a great view, awesome really. Our issues with the stay could have been mitigated with better research beforehand. There is no parking nearby. We rented a car and that proved challenging. Also in the evening there is a nightclub right next door on the water that is loud. If we didn't need the sleep we'd have enjoyed the club but sleeping with the noise was challenging.

Great location right next to Old Town. Lovely view of harbour and Sea through a small window. Excellent hot water, Lots of narrow steps up to the apartment made it very difficult with luggage. Interesting internal space though not practical. I contacted the day before re my ETA as requested, but no reply.

Best view of old town Dubrovnik!

We spent two nights at another property inside old town, but loved it so much we chose to stay an extra night. We were so lucky to find this place, which is right outside of the walls to old town but has an absolutely incredible view of old town Dubrovnik and the harbor. It is a quaint loft with all the basic needs and a very large bed, but the view is what truly stands out! Would absolutely stay here again!

Emplacement idéal au cœur de la ville. Bon accueil et instructions. Grande chambre avec vue sur le port. Tout est assez simple, sans goût et dépareiller. Vieille vaisselle. Seulement un savon pour lavabo et la douche, sans shampoo! Que deux serviettes de douche mais pas de serviettes pour les mains. Grand lit mais odeur persistante dans le matelas ce qui était désagréable pour dormir. En face d’arrêt de bus et route, traffic des 6 h du matin. Donc en conclusion pour une nuit ça va, mais c’est pas du tout romantique ou décoré avec goût! Dommage

great view, great location.. was in an attic room.. which ended up being terribly annoying getting in/out of bed, we kept bumping out heads on the ceiling. kitchenette not well stocked, the shower was awful, and there is barely any hot water. also the cable kept cutting out, so the small tv wasn’t even usable.. glad i wasn’t there for longer than one night honestly..

This apartment was super close to the old town and all amenities we were looking for to visit. The owner was always available to help and guide us. The only negative side was the curtains in the shower as they did not kept water inside and we were flooding the bathroom floor every day. Apart of that we really enjoyed our stay.

A very lovely place to stay

This garret apartment is adorable! It is newly refurbished, bright, sunny and airy. It is just outside Old Town, so you don't have to fight the crowds, but the windows look out onto the harbor and the City Walls. We were very happy here during our 3 night stay.

Excelente localização.

Trata-se de uma residência familiar, com apartamentos independentes no último andar. O pessoal foi simpático e prestativo. Boa cama, lugar muito limpo e silencioso. A localização é o ponto alto, está a 2 minutos da melhor praia da cidade, e a 1 minuto da porta para a cidade velha. Realmente é a melhor localização em Dubrovnick. A melhorar, as instalações do banheiro, pois o box é muito pequeno, não tem prateleiras e conta com uma cortina velha que não segura a água, molhando tudo.

Great views, ok room.

The view was really incredible, the apartment was big with lot of Windows. The shower was horrible and the bed not very confortable. The price was too high for the amenities, although the location was perfect.

Wir waren für 2 Tage in Dubrovnik und nur zum Schlafen und kurz duschen in dem Appartement. Dafür ist es auf jeden Fall OK. Für einen ein wöchigen Aufenthalt würde wir etwas mehr Komfort buchen. Das Mobiliar ist sehe sehr einfach und teilweise schon sehr alt. Die Küchenzeile haben wir nicht benutzt, aber es gab dort kein Wasser. Töpfe gab es auch keine. Insgesamt liegt der Vorteil dieses Appartements eindeutig in der Lage. Man ist zu Fuß in 3 min mitten in der Altstadt. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte kurz an der Bushaltestelle gegenüber des Appartements halten, das Gepäck ausladen und dann das Auto auf dem Parkdeck vom Hotel Atlanta abstellen. Da kostet der Tag 120 Kuna, das sind ca. 17 Euro. Das ist im Gegensatz zu den anderen Parkhäusern sehr günstig. Insgesamt war uns diese Lage auf jeden Fall die Abstriche beim Komfort des Appartements wert.

Great location for the Price

Location was outstanding. It was hard to find the place as there was no name. Only a green door with No. 6 on the top. It took us time to find it. But it was just outside the main gate of the old city of Dubrovnik. The hotel is in a very crowded place but nice walk to the old city or the beach. Keep in mind be prepared to dish out money as everyone in Dubrovnik is out to make a buck. Paid US$150 for parking over night. $130 to get a bed by the beach. The free beach does not have access to sand, only large rocks and boulders.

This is an old apartment just outside the old city. We stayed in a room on the top floor with low roof(attic). You can hear creaking sound as you walk up the stairs(many steps) and in the rooms. Very basic accommodation with minimum and run-down facilities. Very tiny kitchen with gas stove but without cooking pots. However, a small microwave oven was provided. The bathroom with attached toilet is just tiny and old… An aircon is mounted in an obscure corner in the kitchen. The sleeping rooms can be warm without aircon in summer. The rooms were not well maintained, and they were quite dusty. Our major disappointment was the infestation of cockroaches(big). The pests were crawling all over the place including our beds and we managed to catch a few on our first night there. One of our rooms was facing the busy street and it was noisy till early in the morning. The view from the other room was just amazing – views of the sea, harbour and the city wall. The apartment is next to a mini supermarket and close to many restaurants. It is only a short walk to the entrance of the Old City.
