Magnificent Newly-built Villa in Mlini with Private Pool and Near Beaches

  • Villa Magnolia is an exceptionally high quality villa in Mlini, completed in 2011 and located a short walking distance from the Adriatic beaches. The villa is very spacious with over 450sqm of living accommodation, incorporating 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 of them en-suite) and is designed to cater for a party of 8-10 guests. It has parking for two or more cars.

    Each of the living room the master bedroom and the second bedroom lead onto their own very spacious covered terraces which overlook the Adriatic. With the benefit of the BBQ, they are brilliant places to relax and chill out. The kitchen is very large and is fully equipped. All the bathrooms are fully tiled with high quality fixtures and fittings as befits the overall property.

    The villa has its own heated pool and pool shower and is surrounded by recently stocked gardens.

    The villa also has air-conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating (and solar heating), telephone, cable TV and internet connection.
