Logement super mais agence pas top

Le logement était super. Propre et bien équipé, conforme à la description. De plus le lieu est calme et avec une jolie vue. La proprietaire est vraiment gentille. Le seul problème est le manque de communication de l'agence qui "gère" la location. J'ai demandé des informations par différentes manières (What's ap, messages, téléphone) avant d'arriver. Or aucune réponse de leur part. Les réponses sont venues le lendemain alors que je suis arrivée le soir en pleine nuit. J'ai vraiment peiné à trouver le lieux exacte et personne ne m'a aidé, je savais même pas si quelqu'un attendait. Au téléphone la personne ne m'aidait pas.
