The apartment was perfect for our family of four with views of the water and a short walk (down the steps!) to a beach. The owner was helpful and check in and check out were easy! Everything you need for a stay with a short walk to old town.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The only negative would be we were in Dubrovnik during a heat wave with temps about 12 degrees warmer than normal and there is only 1 AC unit and it didn’t cool the bedroom as much as we would have liked. We very much appreciated the washing machine as we soaked our clothes with sweat every day. All that to say, everything was exactly as described in the listing including the stairs down to the sea and the entry into the old town and an entry to walk the walls. Yes there are stairs that you need to consider with your luggage but stairs keep us young so we did not mind! Would have loved to have some wine on the beautiful patio with the jasmine vines but alas it was just too hot.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Clean, quiet, good bedding and towels, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine and drying rack.Lovely shaded terrace after a long day exploring Dubrovnik. Just a few minutes to the beach and the Polce Gate of the Old Town.The street Ulica Buica is a staircase with lots of stairs down to Old Town, so be aware of that. Otherwise, no drawback to this accommodation.

Great property. Epic location and view. The beds are a little hard and you only get one pillow and towel per person. Bring your own beach towels they do not provide. But other than that great place.

Huge lovely apartment right next to Dubrovnik old town! Nice and clean, with an outdoor area. Nice and quiet at night, as you are in a residental area of Dubrovnik, but still only a five minute walk to old town. You need to be aware of all the stairs to get to the beach promenade/the old town. We counted about 150 steps, but there is a nice and lighted staircase, so if you don't mind your daily exercise, you'll be fine.

Absolutely amazing, can’t recommend enough

Absolutely wonderful apartment, every detail has been thought of! Lots of super comfy bedding and towels, well kitted out kitchen, lovely little terrace (even with a lemon tree!!), jasmine flowers draped outside make it smell wonderful, very light and airy! Yes, there are lots of steps, but Dubrovnik is FULL of steps, not much you can do about that one! Communication was really good with the hosts, honestly couldn’t ask for anything better. Also added bonus, beach is at the bottom of the stairs! Magical

Love the location, 5 min to supermarket , next to the beach and only 10 min walk to old town. The home is really nice and clean. The communication with the agent is quick and very responsive
