Flowers, birds and perfumed air right next to the water. Very friendly and attentive staff in all of the areas, from reception to the restaurant! I'd love to mention of all them but I lost the list of names I could say that the service was as close as the one I got at St. Regis!!! Great breakfast options with a very extensive menu, a lot of nice local dishes, the breakfast coffee is prepared by a barista and all the food is Top quality. I would definitely go back. I booked a terrace room in an high floor, with my own little outdoor space and a fantastic sunset view over the traditional roofs on one side and the water view on the other. Please make sure you stay at least a couple of nights and flavor the full Emirati experience! "

"I booked this hotel for my mom’s stay. She said the hotel was somewhat decent for the first two days of her stay. However, on her last night, she arrived back at the hotel around 10pm and the AC wasn’t working (even though it was working every day up to that point). She called reception to let them know and they sent someone to fix, and the person left after saying he fixed it. My mom tried the AC again and nothing. She asked reception again but they never sent anyone to fix the problem. All night, my mom was boiling warm and couldn’t sleep at all. She woke up almost every hour and was not happy with the service she was provided. "
