"Brian’s beautiful property on the water was fantastic! My family and I rented the property for a special family gathering and birthday celebration. The home was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the amenities were excellent (hot tub, pool, pool table, etc). Brian was very responsive to any questions I had. He is very thoughtful with how he stocks and prepares the property - e.g. pool toys, ice maker, and there were even retractable baby gates in front of the stairwells. This property...

"The property was everything and more. The listing and pictures do not compare when you're actually on the premises. I had such a wonderful time. It was very comfortable, not overdone and we made ourselves at home. Communication was a breeze--before and after our visit. Now I understand why the previous reviews were all excellent. "Greatly enjoyed our visit to this comfy and cozy home. Owner has tastefully decorated and provided thoughtful amenities throughout (smart tv, grill, small appliances, w/d). Beds were super cozy with perfect firmness and pillows. Beautiful backyard with lush grass. Nice, thoughtful neighbor. Only comment is for mobility impaired guests; there is a large flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms and no walk-in shower - just small, freestanding tub."

"3d time staying at this location. Main reason being besides the house being so clean and intact is the fenced in back yard. Our pup needs to run and we threw ball for her. She got tired, we were happy. Friendly neighbors which is always a plus. We probably will be back in 2 years."
