I am giving this hotel 3 stars because I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The balcony window in my room was completely covered by a tarp blocking the view and making the room feel dark and closed in. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.
Better communication about the renovations would have made the experience much better.

This is very comfortable hotel in a convenient location with helpful, well trained staff.
There's no pool, but the gym is well equipped if a little of the small side (didn't matter when we're used it as it was quiet).
The only negative was the buffet breakfast was a bit cramped and the choice a little limited (e.g. overly sweet Minute Maid juice rather than 'real' juice).

"Over priced rooms although it was fallsview the viewing was obstructed by other buildings. Washroom tub was dirty. Good location for grabbing bites to eat but far from all amenities and attractions. Onsite Parking was also hiked up aside from valet which wasn't much of a difference, and off site ..."
