About this property
Creek-Side Living In The Pennsylvania Elk Range
Sitting at the end of a quiet country lane, only yards from the water's edge, Camp Eagle's Nest is a peaceful haven with spectacular views of the mountains as well as the Driftwood branch of the Sinnemahoning Creek. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin can accommodate a family looking for an escape from their everyday routine, or is cozy enough for a couple seeking a romantic retreat. Outdoors enthusiasts will enjoy the close proximity of trout streams and state forest lands.
Nestled in the Pennsylvania Elk Range, Camp Eagle's Nest is a perfect location for elk watchers, anglers, hunters, bird watchers, and nature enthusiasts. Whether you are canoeing the Sinnemahoning, looking for elk sheds, watching for the frequently sighted bald eagle, golfing at the Emporium Country Club, hiking one of the many nearby trails or just breathing in the mountain air, Camp Eagle's Nest truly embodies what a "getaway" should be.
Renovated extensively, the owners wanted to make the interior of Camp Eagle's Nest is an immersion in nature as well. Using trees harvested in Pennsylvania, each room has a unique ambiance. To bring the outdoors inside, the owners carefully chose decor with rustic detail such as the stone work on the fireplace with a live edge mantel, decorative game mounts, and live edge trim throughout the cabin.
Though the feel of the cabin is rustic, guests will still have all of the modern amenities they enjoy at home such as a fully-stocked, modern kitchen, a washer and dryer, WiFi and cable television.
We would love for you to join as for your next vacation, and experience a true "getaway!"

Beautiful and rustic! Very cozy. Easy to check in. Not far from Benezette. We had a very nice walk and ate at the Bear Den for dinner! Great communication also! Very kind Renters!
My wife, myself and pup had another very nice stay at the cabin, it is a favorite place of ours. The cabin is very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We love the creek. We have stayed here many times and keep coming back.
All around a great stay, from the morning coffee at the dining room table watching the creek flow by to relaxing at the fire pit while pounding down some cold ones. Great time had by all and the fishing was awesome!!
Wonderful little home on a great plot of land. Quiet and secluded with a great view and access to a beautiful stream. A perfect place to get away and enjoy the world around you.
Enjoyable stay sitting by the outside fire pit watching the wild life and listening to the water flow by. Mornings spent taking in the nice view from the dining room, nights spent in the cozy living room.
Great location right on the water. The cabin was very clean and comfy. The furnishings and wood style really sells the cabin lifestyle vibe. It was perfect for our outdoor hiking/fishing family vacation! Can’t wait to come back again.
A very nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable and has many furnishings. The stream is fantastic, we enjoy the birds. We are repeat visitors and will return.
Loved this property and provided the much needed reprieve from the hustle and bustle of back home.
I saw many different animals every morning while sitting on the provided bench while drinking my morning coffee.
This is in a beautiful part of Pa. Nestled right beside the water. Very nice cabin all redone inside with all the entities of home and very clean. My wife and I needed an escape and this was just what the doctor ordered. Thank you !!
This weekend spent at this Property was wonderful. The Cabin was at the end of a Lane , there was a small park for children to enjoy the it seemed very new . My Grandchildren loved it . The Host of this Property was very Nice an easy to deal with. The Cabin was very clean
A lovely cabin in a beautiful rural location. Being next to a river was wonderful both for the wildlife and the opportunities it gave to cool down on a hot day.
This property is extremely neat and clean! The dinning room with the windows facing the river was our absolute favorite part! Beautiful even in the dead of winter! This property is not too far from some local bars that are super welcoming and all have wonderful food! We can’t wait to try out this place in the warmer months too!
We had a wonderful time with our friends and our dogs. The veiws were amazing and to sit on the back porch with a cup of coffee in the morning only hearing the sound of the water was so relaxing
We had a great time, cabin was wonderful, all the comforts of home and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the deer and bald eagles along with fishing in the creek. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evenings. We especially liked the privacy and the location.
We plan on going back in the fall and I would highly recommend.
We were here in July for 3 days and enjoyed it so much we came back for 4 days in October. The place is very clean and has all the comforts of home. Love the location and privacy. We enjoy family dining at the large table and sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. We will definitely be back in the spring. This is our new “go to” when we want to get away. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.
Loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed watching the river while eating. We had kayaks, people on tubes floating by and saw some deer. The house isn’t real big, but for 4 adults and our Westie, it was perfect. Great porch with a view. We’ll go back again! Information regarding bedding and linens needs to be posted on the original web page.
We had a good weekend and saw several elk. We would have preferred a cabin in the woods and a bit closer to Benezette, but it was a nice rental. With the exception of the windowsills and blinds it was quite clean. I’m very picky as we used to have a bed & breakfast.
We had a wonderful stay! It was very quiet and peaceful. The house is as described, cozy and nice. As well as very clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The table by all the windows was a favorite place to sit. The water was very high and moving fast, so no fishing took place. There is a playground up the road which the kids loved! The fireplace didn’t work for us, but everything else was wonderful.
