The view, service, breakfast, charm of this hotel is amazing... very relaxing and quiet atmosphere is a plus. Loved the ancient and historic items room.

Great place! We had a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry machine (we brought our own detergent sheets). Separate bedroom and a large pull out sofa in living room. Air conditioner in both rooms worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Plenty of toiletries. Surprisingly, no dish soap to wash dishes by hand or in the included dishwasher, but they gave us one pod upon asking. There was always someone working the front desk 24/7 and each person was very helpful. Everyone spoke Russian, and English well. Location is a bit hard to find, but is in the very center and super convenient. Happy we stayed here!

The property was quite a distance from the main attractions. I am used to walking but for some it might be too much. The breakfast was adequate but served too late for the start of many ofbthe trips which were at least a half hours walk away. If they had opened up an hour earlier say at 7am it would have been a lot better.

Every single detail had been thoughtfully considered – from the spotless, comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen that had all the cutlery and dishes you could possibly need at home. The true highlight was breakfast at Epicure, the hotel's café. I can honestly say it was the best breakfast I've ever experienced at a hotel. The quality, presentation, and flavors were absolutely outstanding – it set the perfect tone for our mountain getaway. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and sipping coffee on the terrace is pure magic. This perfectly captures the serene atmosphere that makes Motives in Dilijan such a special place. It's more than just accommodation – it's a sanctuary where you can truly disconnect and recharge while being surrounded by Armenia's stunning natural beauty. I wholeheartedly recommend Motives in Dilijan to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and mountain tranquility. This won't be my last visit!
