"The Four Points was very nice, from the staff to the upgraded room everything was great."

"Pool was nice, water was a little cloudy, lots of chlorine make sure to take goggles. The room was nice EXCEPT the couch. That was gross..it looked like a lot of stuff happened on that couch. 😳 for as much as you pay you would think they would clean it. Also the mattress on the couch bed was equally as gross. I would not let my kids sleep on it. "

"The room is not well insulated. I was on the first floor by midnight, The people on the second floor came back, walking in their rooms and I can hear every footsteps they made back and forth for 45 minutes I was not able to sleep until they in their bed. The people walk in the hallway outside the room you can hear their conversation loud and clear in the room. If noise does not bother you then: You like the room nice and spacious Staffs are friendly and helpful. "
