Everything was top notch. From furnishings to fixtures! Very gracious and elegant. Beautiful gardens, Live harp music in afternoons... live bands, very welcoming. One of the best Sunday brunches ever. And the kids loved the unending supply of homemade chocolate chip cookies! Would return in a heartbeat.
Arrived after a long flight. The hotel sent transport to take us to hotel. We had a lovely room with views that reached the snow capped mountains.
The staff were really nice and very helpful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The Monaco is a great hotel with an excellent, helpful staff and nicely appointed rooms. It has a standard that feels custom and like a boutique hotel. The only thing is that it is getting a little old. Newer hotels have even better equipped rooms. However, the Monaco will make you feel special in a way that the Hilton or other chain hotels couldn't.
Quite good. An elevator would have been helpful for the luggage, but I guess you get what you pay for. Disappointed with the knowledge of the staff about local attractions. I wanted to go to antelope island (a very well known place with bison etc) and the directions I got were both completely wrong and delivered with impressive certainty.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Radisson in downtown Salt Lake City. The Fitness Center was very nice with new treadmills. The only thing that I found disappointing was the parking fee. I traveled via Southwest Airlines, however, my son lives in SLC and was graduating from the U. I was told if he wanted to stay and park in the parking lot that it would cost $15.
