This hotel is very close to all the Main Street hype, and it offers great views of Salt Lake City. It was my first time in the SLC, and the hotel allowed for a cheap, inexplicably fun time. The staff was very courteous and helpful (with recommendations, hotel needs, etc.). It felt like a nice neighborhood, and was located literally directly in front of the Blue & Green line trains. If I am in the area, I will most definitely try for another night in this hotel.
Quite good. An elevator would have been helpful for the luggage, but I guess you get what you pay for. Disappointed with the knowledge of the staff about local attractions. I wanted to go to antelope island (a very well known place with bison etc) and the directions I got were both completely wrong and delivered with impressive certainty.
This hotel was great. The front desk people were so nice and helpful. The room was awesome and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to great restaurants and things to do. The parking is free. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
Overall a very nice place to stay. Very friendly staff! Jesse at the front desk was very hospitable. This is an older hotel that is experiencing a renovation. The rooms are small but efficient. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the air conditioning during an unseasonable warm spell. Only heat available in early April. Also unfortunate was the closure of the on site restaurant due to renovations. However, the hotel did provide complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe. Very much appreciated!
