"Location was convenient, parking was easy, checkout was accommodating, and the pool/hot tub was a nice treat. The only complaint is that the rooms aren't very insulated. We could hear our neighbors entire conversation through the wall."

"We love this property and have been there several times. Our grandkids love the Arkansas River and then enjoy warming up in the hot tub. We especially are appreciative of Kristan who responds quickly to any concerns we have. Our adult children and grandchildren all play pickleball and we have enjoyed playing when we come as well. "

"Great location and room. The beds are a little soft for me but fine. Located right over and next to a bar/restaurant but had great insulation so noise was never an issue. Beware - no elevator. I had just had hip surgery but I was able to make it up and down the stairs but I had my sons help with luggage. It would be difficult to get luggage up and down those stairs if you weren’t strong. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool was a bonus, warm and relaxing, not cold like most hotel pools. It’s a not in the downtown area. I chose this hotel because it is a short walk to a coffee shop, a brewery, and the Hot Springs Aqua Center."

"Nice stay. Live the town and wish we would have booked longer. 5 stars for us but…Be aware of the thin walls and if your neighbor is cooking you will smell it. Also, the lack of a curtain on the back side of the sleeping area means that the skylight wakes you as soon as the sun is around. And the bed was not a standard queen size, felt very small and we are not big people. "
