Villa Italia is a great place to stay in South Beach, really close to everything, the beach, bars, restaurants, public transport but also really peaceful, the garden was a welcome area to relax in, the rooms were spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and cool in the Miami heat, good to have a safe and fridge in the room too as well as the use of a well equipped communal kitchen area, the staff were very friendly and the hosts were very quick to respond when needed

We had the most incredibly warm welcome and 8 day stay, due to the outstanding staff at this hotel. Eduardo, Mercedes, Susan and Santiago always had the time and smiles for us. They helped make our stay comfortable and worth every penny. My only disappointment was the gym, the treadmill didn't work properley and it was very basic for a hotel of this calibre. Overall, super happy with the room, the location and all those that do an amazing job.

Four Seasons always delivers. if I had to think of something to improve on then I would suggest a better omelette station, but I am struggling to think of anything negative.

Very spacious modern apartment close to where I needed to be. Light and airy and lovely staff. Having the Merrick park shops seconds away was a great benefit. Choice of bars, cafes and restaurants. Whole area felt safe and walkable.

It was my first time in Miami, and what a gem of a hotel I found, the second you walked through the door. You could tell this place was class , we were welcomed in by the doorman , and took us to reception where we were greeted with a glass of wine, the staff were amazing when I asked if I could have some towels for the beach , they said if we go to the beach, look for the blue and white beach umbrellas, you’ll be giving 2 sunbeds and towels, having spent the afternoon on the beach we went out...

This Hotel, with it’s amazing Staff, went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, organising Taxis and storing our luggage. The pool was amazing with views of South Beach

Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Large roon lots of space, big shower clean bed.

Great location and helpful staff

Can't recommend the hotel enough. It is perfectly located - on south beach but just off the hustle and bustle. Easy access to the beach with a dedicated section with loungers for hotel guests. Staff members were amazing and rooms were large and extremely comfortable. Valet parking is a breeze and there are additional lots nearby. Street parking is usually available nearby, but not cheaper than just valeting the car. Would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone planning on staying in south...

We arrived for 1 nt (2adults 1child) in mid July. We booked this hotel as it was the closest reasonably priced hotel to MIA due to WC 3rd place match. Our flight landed 3 hrs late so we got to hotel at 1.30AM. Met by Craig who was super friendly and helpful - thanks Craig! Room was huge and well equipped, lots of space. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and space for seating. Will definitely be staying here again next time passing through MIA. Highly recommend.

Actually the Hotel is excellent and very clean. Alot of parking sites, Breakfast was good but limited. Rooms are big and clean. No noises around the corridors and the reception guys were helpful . Overall the hotel is wonderful.
