Search Hotels with Gym in Downtown Halifax

The hotel is really well situtated and about 10-15 minutes walk from a lot of what you'll want to see and visit in Halifax. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The room was clean although the bathroom a little tired. The bed was so comfortable and I really liked the blackout curtain which meant I slept really well. The gym is small but functional. The pool is bigger than you'd think and is so light with windows everywhere so feels really luxurious. Would choose to stay here again.

The hotel was very busy. We booked a room with access to the executive lounge which proved very useful for relaxing and food. Would do it again.

Friendly, clean and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was close to the waterfront and to the Hertz car hire. The hotel room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. We paid extra for breakfast and had the buffet which didn’t disappoint. We would definately come and stay here again.

The Hollis is in a perfect location. It is close to the waterfront, museums, good restaurants and grocery store. We booked a studio suite with a king-sized bed and were very pleased to find out at checking in that we were given a double queen bed studio suite. The room is excellent and the daily cleaning is superb. We only had a minor issue with the shower button but nothing serious. I still would highly recommend this place. Thanks.

A great hotel, in a good location, with excellent facilities. Clean rooms and generally a well presented hotel. I down grade the maintenance because one of the two available lifts was out of action for all of our stay at the property and little seemed to be being done to get the lift back in service. Breakfast options were limited and pricey but the food was excellent when it arrived and plentiful. Overall a good place to stay, don't hesitate to book.

We loved our stay at the Residence Inn Halifax Downtown. The room was fantastic, really comfy with almost every amenity possible, including a dishwasher. The location was even better, right in the heart of Halifax with plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity and lots of shops, too. All the staff were polite and very nice
