Top Downtown Dallas Hotel Reviews

Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas

Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas

10/10 Excellent
"Despite being downtown and staying on a weekend when the hotel had many guests (state fair and also the Red River Rivalry game) inside our room it was very quiet. I had no issues with noise and I am a very sensitive and light sleeper. The fitness center was nice and well-equipped for a hotel and surprisingly empty. I had it to myself both mornings. The staff were all very nice and genuinely seemed like they wanted to be helpful. The restaurant was pretty disappointing and I would not recommend going there. The food was mid at best and the staff left us waiting an hour for our check. It was, however, very good for people watching from the outdoor patio. I really appreciated that the hotel was one block off of DART and most of what we wanted to do was walkable. Water pressure in the shower was decent and they actually had a microwave. Many Hilton's do not have them. I was pleasantly surprised. They also had a coffee and tea station in the lobby in the morning. Also appreciated."
