"Very spacious, modern and comfortable rooms. Like others have said, the parking is tight, but this wasn’t an issue and staying during the week in a less busy season the lot was only half full anyway. Only minor complaint is the snacks/sundries and laundry seemed exorbitantly expensive. Recommend just walking down the street to the Walgreens for snacks and sodas. Otherwise nice hotel in a convenient location, would stay here again!"

"This is easily within walking distance of the main strip. That being said I came to this location becuase it is cheaper and the reviews were good. It was quiet at night and the room was clean. Plenty of parking also. I had zero complaints or improving suggestions about my stay."

"Where do I start? Rooms are filthy. Furniture is old and stained. Bugs galore ( inside and outside ) they also don't offer housekeeping for the entire week you're there. You can clean your room yourself. No sheets changed, no vacuuming, no cleaning of the bathroom. Overall I suggest you look elsewhere. There's hundreds of hotels in Gatlinburg. Look around before booking because I wish I did. BTW there's no way this is an 8.0 rating hotel. More like 5.0. Extremely dissatisfied!!"

"The room was clean , the staff was friendly, we didn't get to use the pool, and we did not eat breakfast. We were in Gatlinburg for Meatstock26 and the breakfast did not accommodate for the carnivore life style. Luckily we had our own food and did fine. I would have liked to use the pool, but time did not permit. We were told however that both pools were kept warm. We would stay again if we ever return."

"Hotel is located up a hill away from the crowds and main strip which we preferred. We didn’t use any of the amenities but the grounds were beautiful. The breakfast and free drinks are always amazing. We love Embassy Suites and will continue to stay here."

"Would not recommend! I reserved a non smoking room. When I arrived they gave me a smoking room. I was told nothing could be done. It was overpriced and my reservation was not accurate. They also did not have hot water. Very disappointing stay"
