Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fitness center weight machine needs a part- nicely Appointed space. Breakfast was a bit sparse but good coffee. Need more muffins and pastries!

The rooms were very outdated. Bathroom door look deteriorated, curtains and room carpets were dirty. Heating/cooling wasn’t able to keep up and very loud. Not enough electrical available for multiple c-pap machines. We were charged too high for garage parking which we weren’t made aware that we would pay extra to park and valet took forever to get our vehicles to the point we had to get our own.

We asked for a quiet room as we were traveling 10 hours the next day. They were very gracious in supplying a nice quiet room. We were grateful.

Excellent, personable young lady checked us in. She was quick, and informative. She provided dining suggestion that was one of the best we’ve had recently. She visited with me throughout the check-in process, I felt right at home. Room was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Not one complaint.

Room was great, front desk personnel are fantastic. Wish they offered park and fly, very inconvenient and expensive moving car to airport parking lot
